I'm currently looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy agreement for my 15th-floor 1-bedroom apartment in City Light Point - a fantastic complex managed by Lendlease. I've already spent 4 months here, and there are 8 months left on the lease, starting July 15th.

Here are some details about the place:

The building comes with a bunch of amenities like a gym, clubroom, game room, sunset lounge, and more. Plus, there's a rooftop terrace and Elephant Park on the ground floor. I strike a discount when I first move in so rent is at a discounted rate of £2400 per month, while similar units in the complex usually go for £2500-2600.

The apartment includes a double bed, and a full appliances kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge, etc.). There is a washer/dryer machine, underfloor heating throughout, full-apartment ventilation, and a balcony. It's on floor 15th so the view is immaculate.

There is also 24-hour concierge, package locker room, and on-site maintenance

Please note that the building's rules specify that only professionals can reside here, so no students are allowed.

I actually really like the place, but I'm moving in with friends who will be arriving in London around July/August so moving into a 2-bed room in the same complex, leaving this one available.
