The reason why I like it:
Multiple supermarkets around such as Market Spencer, Morrison, COOP, Tesco, Sainsbury, and also many Asian stores which is very convenient. Bubble tea stores and a variety of different cuisines are provided if you are interested.
No nuisance from other tenants
Very good lighting
The bill is included in the rent, so no more extra money besides rent.
it was 374 when I booked this studio, you can now use 300 to book it.
I do have stuff like an air fan or plates that can give to you if you need them( not much been used)
