Double bedroom just out of Elephant & Castle

Located just off of Old Kent Road towards Elephant & Castle - 5 minutes from Burgess Park, a cosy double bedroom available from the 1st of June. There are five other tenants, a mixture of students and professional sharers, all friends. (Ideally you’re a professional rather than a student in order to contribute to the council tax which is included in the £910) This is a relaxed household with cleanliness in mind, all of the housemates are very welcoming and friendly! It's a very sociable environment, yet completely respectful of each others' own spaces.

The room is furnished with a double bed provided by the landlord, one full chest of drawers, and a slimmer set of drawers, with enough space to add extra furnishing solutions if needed.

There are 2 shared bathrooms available, an open plan living room and kitchen as well as a spacious private back garden with seating and a BBQ. (We have a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen). Local amenities include a Tesco superstore at the end (2 mins walk) of the road. There are great bus services with constant access to Elephant & Castle overground and underground, as well as bus routes to Peckham, New Cross and Greenwich, and straight into central, making commutes incredibly time efficient. There are smokers in the property, as well as alcohol on the premises. Kitchen space is shared amongst all tenants.
