Ciao a tutti! Sadly my flatmate is leaving London and I’m looking for a new flat mate to move into a fantastic top floor, fully-furnished 2-bed flat located in the Walworth area of Elephant & Castle. The move-in date is the 27th of June 2024.

The Room – A spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage including a large wardrobe, set of draws and bedside table. It also has its own exclusive ensuite bathroom, which you will not share with anyone else, as I have my own.

The Flat – 3rd floor of a gated block of flats with bike shed. Decent sized fully-equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar connecting the kitchen and living area.

Homely living room with plenty of sofa space, a large tv and coffee table. Dining area with table seating up to 6.

Small private balcony, and a shared roof terrace.

Bills are approx. £170pp per month (Council tax, broadband, energy/water) and just split 50/50.

Location – The flat is in a great, well-connected area. 10 minute walk to Elephant & Castle Station and 15 minutes to Kennington. Several nearby bus stops.

Walworth Road is a couple minutes' walk where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The lovely Burgess Park is 10 minutes away.

Looking for – someone who wants to live in a relaxed space and values cleanliness.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS REFERENCES - in full time employment, receiving a pay slips each month, their monthly salary will cover the rent, if any savings it needs to be in a UK bank account and if they need a guarantor it needs to be a UK based guarantor.

About me, I am an Italian professional working in central London. I work mostly in the office during the week (occasional WFH) and I like spending my weekends cooking, new recipes, playing sports (I am a keen runner and dinghy sailor) or visiting new areas of London.
