Double in Elephant and Castle

We have a double available in our central 3-bed flat in Elephant and Castle.

The flat is located around 5mins from E&C station, but tucked away from the main roads at Newington Gardens. The living room faces a courtyard and is super bright and quiet. There’s also a (very) small space which can be accessed from the living room window.

The available room is east-facing to the park, so benefits from morning sun and a view of the trees. It comes with a double mattress (no bed frame), shelf, a built in wardrobe and optional desk.
Bills are around £80 a month and up to £150 in the winter months.

Other than E&C station, it’s about a 10-15min walk to London Bridge and Blackfriars. Lots of busses going through E&C so great connections to pretty much anywhere!

Ideally we’re looking for a professional in their mid to late twenties (sorry no students due to council tax, unless you’re happy to chip in anyways).
We work in the Arts and for the NHS and I currently work from home four days a week.
