The flat is located on Walworth Road, close to Iceland, and spans 3 levels (1st-3rd floors). Entrance is on level 1, and both bedrooms/bathrooms are on level 2. Living room and kitchen are on the top floor, 3 level.

The available room is a spacious ensuite with a large built-in closet, bed, and a modern bathroom. The room faces the main road, so you will hear some traffic.

I’m a professional working as a scientific researcher. I’m quite social and enjoy a chat over a pint but also love the flat’s peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. If you're looking for a party flat, this isn’t the place for you! The flat is tidy and clean, and I’d love to share it with someone who values and helps maintain that.

Bills: £100-£150 pp (season dependent), including council tax, water, electricity, and internet.

Move-in date: ideally 28/29. March
