I'm subletting my lovely private double room in Southwark during the month of April. Im flexible with both start and end dates.

📍 Location:
The flat is just a 15-minute walk to Elephant & Castle station (Northern, Bakerloo & Thameslink lines) and Kennington station (Northern line). Several bus routes nearby will take you all over the city, and Central London is only a 20-minute bike ride away.

We’re right next to East Street Market, with loads of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Everything you need is literally at your doorstep.

🏡 The Flat:
The room is small but cozy, with a comfortable double bed and plenty of natural light. It’s south-facing, so it gets beautiful sunlight throughout the day. You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely flatmates (women), both friendly and respectful.

The home has a shared living room, a dining room, and a big terrace perfect for summer . There’s one shared bathroom, but the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which is super convenient.

💷 Rent: £775 (all bills included) for a month long stay.
