This is a vibrant area, there is a Morrison's 2 min from the flat and lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby, incl Elephant Park. We are 12 min walk away from Elephant and Castle tube and 15 min walk away from Kennington station. Burgess Park is just a 10 min walk as well.

The move in date is 19th of July and bills are not included in the rent (approx £145 p/m pp)

A bit about me: I have a very social job in a coffee shop and a fairly busy life outside home which means I come home to relax, decompress. I love food & cooking, hiking, following current affairs, discussions …that sort of stuff. I’m looking for someone friendly, chilled, who will treat the place like a home. Someone who appreciates a clean home and ideally not wfh throughout the entire week.
