Hi there!

About me: Hey! I'm a recent Computer Science Graduate from the University of Edinburgh. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring arts and culture, reading non-fiction, and socialising with friends.

About Kyaw: Hello hello I’m Kyaw, a 22 year old student from Myanmar starting my PhD at UCL this fall! Before this I did my Bachelor in mathematics at CUHK in Hong Kong. In my free time, I like reading about whatever I’m interested in math, but I also enjoy any activity as long as I have my friends around, whether it is playing smash bros on my switch, badminton, or ranting about student life and research. I’m completely new to London so I’m excited/nervous about what’s to come!

The third room shown in the video, the double one, is available at £750pcm. The fourth, single one is available at £700pcm. Bills are around £70 person each month. The deposit is £865, and the length of the contract is 12 months. The rent would be paid every 3 months.

We've to finalise this soon, so please make sure that you'd be able to provide the docs required for reference checks such as bills, bank statements, ID etc, if asked for by the landlord.
