Large &Luxury 1 bed room apt - 20%less till April

I am moving to another country and looking for a person/ 2 persons to take over my rental contract from now onwards.

My rental contract goes until End of April, and I will offer you a 20% discount on the market rate (2750GBP per month) - Ie until End of April you will only pay 2200GBP per month.

Thereafter, you can take over the rental contract. The apartment is furnished (most of them owned by landlord) and as incentive to take over the contract I will give you the home office setup (desk, screen, chair) for free.

It is a large 1 bed room apartment with a balcony on floor #17 in Elephant and Castle (Building City Lights Point in 64 New Kent Road). A concierge is sitting on floor #0.

On floor #18 you will have the gym and other amendities.
