hiii! I am doing a semester abroad so looking for someone to take my room!

~the room and house~
-Your room is the ground floor bedroom with comfy double bed and plenty of storage. The window has a lock and looks out onto our little garden space; it catches the light very well.
-Communal living room and fully equipped kitchen.
-Two full bathrooms.
-We have a cleaning rota for the bathrooms and bins.

~the area~
-10-minute walk to underground and train station.
-Great bus connections to central London, Hackney and Liverpool Street Station.
-Easy walking distance to shops: Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tesco all within 10 minutes.
-super lovely area, quiet, residential, with nearby parks and local cafes

~about us~
- KCL students, studying philosophy or English.
- Not big party people, more in favour of a movie night.
- neurodiverse and queer
- Clean, tidy and friendly!

- ideally a student

~other details~
-Monthly rent: £1,031.
-Bills are not included. We’ve been averaging £20-25 a month per person.
-move in after 16th January and move out by 25th July
