A spacious double bedroom is available in a Victorian house, ideally located just moments from Elephant & Castle station. It is ideal for someone looking for a well-connected home in a lively and convenient part of London.

You will benefit from excellent transport links, with multiple bus routes running along Walworth Road, Rodney Place, and New Kent Road. Elephant & Castle station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, providing access to Northern and Bakerloo lines as well as an Overground where Thameslink & Southeastern rails operate.

Local amenities are plentiful, with several shops nearby for convenient food shopping, including Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, and Tesco Express. East Street wet market is less than 10 minutes walk.

Mercato Metropolitano is also within a 15-minute walk but you won't need to go far. Elephant Park is conveniently close by, offering a vibrant atmosphere with cafés, a variety of dining options, and its own green patch.

You'll be sharing the house with four other tenants, though it never feels crowded. While we rarely cross paths, we're always up for a friendly chat when we do.

Once you decide to take the room, you'll need to complete a referencing process with the agency. This typically takes about three days, though the timing depends on how quickly you can submit the required documentation or supply any information they need.

You'll be part of a joint tenancy agreement which has recently been renewed to align with the Renters' Rights Act. The contract currently has an initial fixed term until December 2026 and will automatically transition into a periodic (rolling) tenancy, in compliance to new legal standards.
