Transport: I walk to work everyday at Fleet Street in 35 mins. C.10-15 mins south of Elephant and Castle Tube station, and c.15-20 mins from Kennington and Kennington station. 10 min walk from E&C Thameslink, and lots of busses.

Supermarkets: Morrisons, Iceland, Poundland, and soon to be opened Lidl within 5 min walk on Walworth Road; large Tesco and Lidl accessible within 10-15 min walk

Gyms: budget option is the Gym Group (both on Walworth Road and the roundabout), or Gym Box

Cafes/Recreation: c.5 mins from Burgess Park which has a weekly park run; lots of cafes/restaurants, like Little Louis

Close access to South Bank, e. g. Tate/Globe

I've lived in flat for c. 9 months and am moving out to live in a with my girlfriend

Flat mate is Jer, who works in cybersecurity and is in his 20s. He often works from home/in the office and is quite tidy. He's very friendly, enjoys a pint and exploring London
