Spacious double room available in a modern 2 bedroom flat in Elephant and Castle, just a short walk to the station with Bakerloo and Northern line plus National Rail, so it is extremely well connected.

The building feels modern and well maintained, with concierge and residents lounge access. There is also landscaped garden space and secure bike storage. Elephant Park is just around the corner with great restaurants, cafés and local shops, so everything is on your doorstep.

The flat has a spacious living room, open plan kitchen and a balcony. It is a calm, well kept home with lots of natural light. I am a plant lover, so there is plenty of greenery around which gives the space a warm and relaxed feel.

About me: I am a 36 year old professional working in the office Monday to Thursday. I usually go to the gym most days and on weekends I am often out seeing friends, travelling or exploring London. I am sociable and easygoing, but I value a tidy, organised home and personal space.

I am looking for someone organised, respectful and considerate. A good flatmate who keeps shared spaces clean and treats the flat like a home. Ideally another professional with a similar lifestyle.
