Hey! I'm looking for someone to takeover my room in a 2 bed/2 bath flat as I am moving abroad in April. My flatmate and I are both on the lease so we will need to do a change of occupancy.

The flat is a corner unit and has lots of natural light. There is a balcony, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo.

Availability: From April 1st 2026

Bedroom:
- Double room large enough for a king sized bed, desk, and chest of drawers.
- Available furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. For furnished or partially furnished, I would essentially be giving you my furniture since I am moving abroad and you would thus be responsible for removing it when you move out :)

Bathroom:
Private bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom (flatmate has her own ensuite bathroom).
