Hope all are well. We have great size large double room available in an highly central location very close to elephant castle station available to move asap on a short term let for 2 months. Please contacts asap as the room being a short let is being offered at a reduced deposit and first come basis.

About the location:

It is a 6 mim walk from Elephant and castle station so you will be living in central London but not paying the zone 1 prices. The location is ideal for anyone who is working or studying in central London and would like to be walking distance from areas like Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Waterloo with other areas within 20min by bus or train.

2 min walk from Morrison, tesco, sainsbury, M&S and Iceland. Also there are many 24 hour shops around with multiple restaurants , take aways and 24 gym right in front of the flat.

Rent and flatmate Details:
The rent is all inclusive. The house currently has 2 working flatmates Both are really friendly and the overall environment in the house is really friendly. The house is fully furnished with a washing machine and oven. The room is also well furnished with a wardrobe, large double bed and a study table..

There is no agency or contract fees.
