My name is Paolina, and I am an HR professional. Me and my partner are looking for a flatmate who is willing to move in with us in April. But don’t get me wrong, you’ll not be the third wheel. We’re easy-going, very social and we respect people’s personal space.

We are offering a single bedroom with a private balcony and its own toilet. As mentioned above, the flat is unfurnished but if you want, I can sell to you the furnitures for the room which are shown in the pictures for lower prices. The apartment is brand-new, modern, with a huge living room ( strange for London) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The location of the flat is very convenient. It is situated in zone 1, close to the Elephant and Castle tube station and 20m away from the bus stop. The flat is also next to Asda, Tesco, MacDonald’s and a huge park called Burgess.

The rent is £920 per month, no bills included. A security deposit of £800 is required, which is refundable at the end of the tenancy.

Unfortunately, the agency does not accept students.
