Hey there!

We’ve got a lovely double room becoming available in our friendly house near Old Kent Road, and we’re looking for the right person to join our lovely household

🏡 About the Room & House:

Furnished double room with a comfy bed and loads of space to personalise (yes, 2 wardrobes 😍). You can style it however suits you — we’ve added photos from the current and previous tenants so you can get a feel for how versatile the layout is.

The house has 4 tenants in total (including you), so it’s social but never crowded.

2 bathrooms – so you’ll only share with one other person. No morning traffic jams.

Shared living room + kitchen with enough space to hang out or enjoy a peaceful cup of tea.

Mostly quiet house as we all have busy schedules — perfect if you like calm but still enjoy friendly chats.

🌍 Who You’ll Be Living With

Anne (27, Norway)
Works in theatre costume design. Loves cooking (you might benefit from this 😉), knitting, crafts and has a soft spot for Lara’s kitten. Slight Netflix addiction. Occasionally found at the gym, doing yoga, at gigs or out dancing.

Furkan (32, Turkey)
AI startup founder. Big Galatasaray fan ⚽ Loves football (duh😅), gym sessions and coffee walks around the area. Very chilled bro.

Lara (29, Spain)
Works in media research. Into photography, knitting, poetry and currently training for her first half marathon in October (pray for her knees). Proud mother of Mina.

Mina 🐱 (4-month-old Ragdoll queen)
Very chill, very soft, professionally adorable. She mostly naps, observes life philosophically and makes everyone fall in love with her.
Important: you must like cats (or at least be genuinely okay living with one). She is part of the household.

📍 Location

Super central Zone 2, very close to Old Kent Road.
• Lidl 2 minutes away.
• Big Tesco 5 minutes down the road.
• Lovely park nearby for runs or walks.
• Bus stop right outside with great connections across London.
• Elephant & Castle station is around a 20-minute walk.
-Bermondsey street and London Bridge just 20 min walk

You’re very well connected but without the chaos of central London on your doorstep.

💸 The Details

• £680per month – all bills included.
• Deposit: £520.
• Move-in date: the room will be available from the 15th of March. Moving date flexible from that time until early April.
• The house is in great condition and we’re looking for someone who’ll help keep it that way.
• We have a cleaning rota and we strictly follow it.

👀 About You

We’re not just looking for someone to fill a room — we’re looking for someone who wants to join the vibe and make the house a home.

Ideally you:
• Are tidy and considerate, committed to the cleaning rota and mindful about not leaving things lying around in shared spaces.
• Have your own life but enjoy occasional chats in the kitchen or coffee walks around the area.
• Are emotionally stable (this is a low-drama household 😂).
• Like cats and enjoys their company (very important)
• Prefer a peaceful home over a party house.
