Female Ideally – Bright Double Room Near Elephant & C

A bright and comfortable double room is available in a friendly flat. Currently two Korean women live in the flat, so we are looking for a female tenant.

The flat is located on the second floor of a two-storey building (no lift) and has a duplex layout.

Please note that this is a compact three-bedroom flat and there is no separate living room.

The room has wooden flooring, a large window and good storage space including a built-in wardrobe and additional storage. A single bed is currently in the room, but a double bed can be arranged if needed.

You will share a clean kitchen and shower room. The bedrooms and shower room are located on the upper level of the duplex.

The flat has a calm and respectful atmosphere, so it would suit someone who prefers a quiet home environment. This is not a party house and we prefer no unannounced visitors.

There is a large supermarket right in front of the building and the street is well lit at night.
