This room is available beginning on 1st April 2026 until 1st July 2026 as part of a flat with other two lovely girls, both of whom finishing up university masters programmes. Price per month is £999, which is excellent given the quality of flat and central location. Very well insulated, quiet due to double glazed windows even though close to vibrant areas. Amazing light, sizeable room, close to transport links. Bus stop right outside takes you everywhere in the city, as well as being a 7 minute walk to both Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations (Northern and Bakerloo lines). 20 minutes on the bus to KCL Strand Campus and LSE Campus. New appliances (fridge, double washing machine with dryer, boiler) installed! Nice central kitchen/lounge space, tons of pantry storage.

Genuinely love this room and flat, only moving due to change in my employment circumstances. Organised and kind flatmates, short term let. Landlord is highly responsive to any and all issues. Very close to a Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco, and Sainsbury's.

Preference for university attending/young professional women. Council Tax band C.
