Hi everyone! Looking to fill a spacious double room in E&C from April 18th.
Peter (28), Ed (29) and I (Tamara, 28) are working professionals living in a spacious terraced house in Elephant & Castle, a short walk to the Northern and Bakerloo lines. The house consists of a living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one shower room “girls bathroom”, and one with a bath “boys bathroom”), 4 double bedrooms and a garden. Rent is £960, plus £150 per month for bills.
We are ideally looking for a girl in their late 20s who is clean, respectful and wants to live in a social but chill house. Although we have our separate lives in London, we often go to the pub together, have house dinners/movie nights, and mix with each other’s friends, which is a dynamic we all really enjoy.
