Hi there!

I'm Aina, a current flatmate at 3 Oak Terrace. I'm in the process of moving out so I need someone to take over my contract for a room in this gorgeous house for the remaining of the tenancy, with the possibility of staying.

The house has 3 floors and 3 flatmates. The ground floor is where the common areas are, plus a common bathroom. The first floor will be for you and a lovely Irish guy named David, with whom you'll share the bathroom. The second floor is Sam and Sara's, a sweet couple who also have their own bathroom.

They are all respectful, clean and friendly professionals, so they would need someone who meets the same criteria.

This room is available from the 3rd of May. The closer to the date, the better, but if you need a couple more days, we can negotiate.

The Room:
Great size, furnished and full of light, this room is anyone's dream! It includes a spacious wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a desk, a chair, and a king-size bed. Please note, not everything is shown in the pictures but you will see it in the viewing :)

The House:
Newly built mid-terrace house finished to an excellent standard, split over 3 floors and complete with a private garden, study and balcony on the top floor.

The property also benefits from a spacious reception leading on to the garden, a separate kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher, 2.5 stylish bathrooms, a cloakroom, solid oak flooring, numerous USB charging points and video entry.

Situated close to an abundance of local amenities (literally next to a Morrisons and Lidl, a Boots and many restaurants), and is also within walking distance to either Kennington or Elephant and Castle Tube stations. No off-street parking included.

Rent is £850 per month, and bills are roughly £150, for a total of £1,000. Ideal for people who work in central London. Deposit will be £807.69.
