I’m moving out of my flat, so my room is becoming available.

Must be able to move in on the 30th April or 1st May. No earlier move in date is available.

Very close to Elephant & Castle station (5 minute walk) with Northern and Bakerloo line access, also tons of bus routes across London.

Comes furnished, including bed, desk, chest of drawers, beside table and wardrobe.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (including council tax and wifi).

Decent sized room with a large window. Recently refurbished kitchen with induction hob, oven, and all amenities. Shared bathroom, but additional seperate toilet also.

You will be sharing with 3 other young professionals. WFH allowed, but must be clean and friendly.
