Single bed room available in a 4-person flat at elephant and castle. Only a 10 min walk to elephant and castle station and 15 min bus to London Bridge. Room is cosy but the price is unbeatable! The room itself comes with a bed with mattress, a desk, a large standing cabinet as well as a large storage area in the wall.

The flat kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave. The shower works really well and there is a living room.

This is a sublet and my contract lasts until October, however I'm sure the landlord would be up for extending the contract, meaning that you could likely stay here for as long as you like.

Nearby is a market as well as Lidl and Morrisons being a 5 min walk away and Sainsbury's being a 10 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants along Walworth road.

Bills as of now are ~£50 a month however that is likely to decrease as the temperature rises.
