Modern 2 bed 2 bath flat in Elephant & Castle

I’m looking for a flatmate to team up with for a 2-bed around Elephant & Castle (ideally near Elephant Park).

I’ve found a flat in one of the buildings here (~£2700 without bills) and I’m planning to go view it soon, as well as explore other options in the same building. Flat can come furnished or unfinished. I’d love to find someone to join me and potentially put in an offer together.

Timing: aiming for a move around late May / early June (flexible). Long-term only.

Ideally looking for a female flatmate, working full-time, who can pass referencing and is up for actively searching together. Someone easygoing, respectful and into creating a calm, clean home (not a party flat).

About me: I’m 26 y. o. creative, working full-time as a visual designer for a fashion tech company, mixing wfh and office days in the City. I love making a space feel like home and would enjoy a flatshare where I catch-up with flatmates for a dinner or a movie night. However, I equally enjoy and respect other’s personal time.
