Large Room in Elephant & Castle All Bill Included!

Hello!

We have a lovely and bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street - just a 7-minute walk to Elephant & Castle or Borough tube stations - both in Zone 1. The house is also close to Bermondsey Street, where there are loads of trendy restaurants and cafes.

The house is on 3 levels and has 6 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave and spacious, modern dining area. We also have a separate lounge with a flat screen TV, two bathrooms and a well-established leafy garden.

This room is on the first floor, and has a lovely double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair, pictures, mirror, shelves, etc. We Do Not provide all the bedding such (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet) when you move in.

The house is just 60 seconds away from a bus stop which has a choice of about 10 different bus routes, including 3-night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End. In fact, the buses are so convenient and fast, you’d hardly ever need to use the tube (but if you did, Elephant and Castle tube station is only 2 bus stops away).

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax and regular cleaning.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £240 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £720 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £1,040, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and give us one month’s notice before you leave. Your deposit will be held in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to their website: depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
