Double room available in Elephant & Castle!

Hi, I’m Tommaso and I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in from mid-May (can have some flexibility) as my current flatmate is moving back home to South Korea.

I'd like to find someone who's friendly, clean and happy to live in a relaxed home environment maybe hosting friends over for dinner or a film every once in a while.

The room is a bright, fully furnished double in a Victorian terrace in Zone 1, just an 8-minute walk from Elephant & Castle station (northern and bakerloo lines). There's a gym a 2 minute walk away and there are lots of shops and bakeries closeby.

The flat has a really nice open-plan kitchen and living space that leads out to a patio at the back – (with a weber barbecue that the landlord kindly left us). The kitchen and bathroom were both redone in the last 18 months, so everything feels modern and fresh.

The home is fully furnished and in Council Tax Band C.

A bit about me:
I'm 27, I'm from Italy and moved to the UK for med school at 18 and now work as a doctor. I like keeping a nice clean flat and having friends over for dinner or a drink sometimes. (And I'm the guy on the right in the last picture).
