Hi guys,

My name is Dan and I’m a professional gay guy looking to buddy up with someone to join me in the rental of an amazing apartment I have found.

KEY FEATURES:
- Huge 3 bed, 3 bathroom, top floor apartment (it’s one of the most spacious I’ve looked at)
- 5 mins walk from Elephant Park and Elephant and Castle station
- Two large roof terraces with panoramic views of the city skyline
- Modern, high spec, within a secure gated development

I have been looking for a place for a while and have stumbled upon the dream property.

However, it is too large for me alone, so I’m looking for someone I can buddy up with and join me on the lease. I’m ideally looking to share with another gay male who’s interested in making the place a home.

The property occupies the entire top floor of the building and is very large and bright. Every room has great views (I can send more photos upon request).

There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite.

The living space is massive with a big kitchen/dining area and lounge area big enough for 3 four seater sofas.

But the best part is undoubtedly the outside space. The kitchen/living area opens out onto a very large, private roof terrace which is not overlooked and has stunning views of the city - The Shard, London Eye etc. There is enough room for an outdoor dining table as well as sofas, plants, BBQ etc. It’s the perfect spot for summer entertaining.

Two of the bedrooms on the other side of the apartment also open out onto a large, private sun deck, with space for several sun loungers. This aspect looks south towards Burgess Park.

The other, master bedroom has its own small private terrace too.

I am envisaging that the third, smaller bedroom (which is still la decent double), could be kept as a guest room / study for working from home, as I don’t really want to live with more than one other person tbh.

A bit about me:
I’m an easy-going professional guy, who is chilled, respectful, drama-free and looking to share with another grown up with a similar, mature attitude.
I own a property in Clapham which is currently rented out, hence I’m looking for somewhere new.

I’m a director at a global PR agency and work hybrid hours, 3 in the office, 2 wfh. I occasionally travel for work (although sadly less since the pandemic!).
I am sociable and have a good network of friends across London, including several in the E&C area.

I am house proud and invest in the places I live. I like to keep my home looking on-point: stylishly decorated, clean and tidy (but I’m not OCD!). One of my passions is art and interiors - I’m a fan of a modern/mid-century aesthetic - and what I love about this property is that there’s plenty of space to showcase interesting pieces.

My routine is fairly standard. I cycle a lot, prefer to gym in the morning before work, and spend weekday evenings relaxing at home - very low key.

I’m a foodie, enjoy cooking and very open to sharing the occasional meal and bottle of wine with flatmates, when schedules allow. The apartment is ideal for entertaining, so summer BBQs will no doubt be on the agenda too!

At weekends, you’ll find me doing sports/fitness, catching up with friends, shopping, going for brunch/lunch/dinner, checking out a gallery….the usual stuff. My party-boy days are well and truly over!

I’m also a ‘plant dad’ and into gardening, so the terraces will be getting a green makeover in no time!

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
I’m pretty easy-going and get on with most people, so keen to share with someone who’s likeminded, has their head screwed on, is intelligent, respectful, has a good sense of humour and is fun to live with.

You’ll also need a secure job/income and references for the lease.

If this sounds interesting, please drop me a message, we can chat and I can share more info on the property. I think the first logical step would be an in person meet-up and a viewing of the flat.

I’m looking to move fast on this, so keen to have things sorted within days not weeks.

Thanks guys. Look forward to hearing from you!
