Double room in Elephant and Castle, female only

Hi guys, I’m looking to move out in June therefore looking for someone to take over my room from 01/06/26-31/08/26 in Elephant and Castle (option of staying on under new contract)!

Location: Location is amazing, located in Elephant and Castle <5min walk away from the station (Bakerloo and Northern) and 3 bus stops <1min. It’s right by Elephant Park so lots of nearby cafes/ restaurants!

House: It’s a 3 bedroom house spread over 3 floors. Kitchen/living area on floor 1 with the bedrooms on floor 2/3. There is even a terrace! The room is a double room with lots of natural light, comes furnished with double bed, desk, chair etc. Shared bathroom with 1 flatmate!

Rent: £1075 per month, excluding bills + inc cleaner who comes every 2 weeks!

Flatmates: You’ll be living with 2 girls in their early 20s who are both working professionals. They’re both so sweet and it’s been great living together! Therefore looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and tidy to fit in well with the household.

The landlord requests the following for the tenancy transfer:
- sign a contract (assured periodic tenancy under the new Rental Right 2025 law) for 01/06/26- 31/08/26. Option to stay on, however you will need to discuss this with my flatmates + landlord
- £50 admin fee for new contract
- £915 deposit
- Provide a UK rent guarantor or a Professional guarantee
