Hello,

We are looking for a friendly, tidy, veggie, eco-aware person who likes cats, to join us in our lovely, homely 5 bedroom, furnished Victorian terraced house. We have a room available from April to August 2024.

We are a house of professionals all over 28, one of us being the house owner. We are tidy, social and enjoy a chat especially while cooking and eating, but also appreciate having our own space. The house is a quiet, clean and homely environment.

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys living in our home as much as we do, and will be good at keeping the house clean and tidy. It's pretty important that you love cats, as Jasper, our very fluffy friendly cat, is very much a collective house responsibility. :)

The house has a large modern kitchen, with a good size breakfast bar/table, a garden with a patio and cherry tree, a downstairs toilet and a living room - lots of communal space to have a change of environment, and a large bathroom with a bath and a shower, The room for let does back onto a road, so there will be some road noise, but has a fantastic view of the Shard and City of London.

Our zone 1 location has excellent transport links. We are a 10 minute walk from Elephant & Castle/Borough tubes and a 15min walk from Southbank/London Bridge/Tower Bridge. We have amazing bus links (night buses included), the bus stop is about 30 seconds away, from where you can get to almost anywhere in London.
Rent is £775 plus £150 per month towards utility bills which include: Gas, Electricity, Water, Wifi, TV licence, council tax, water rates and other basic house essentials such as communal cleaning supplies, loo roll and most importantly...tea bags).
