Hey!

We are a friendly, chill couple (Canadian, 35 and Spanish, 31) living in a two bedroom flat at Metro Central Heights (Elephant and Castle roundabout) looking for a third flatmate with whom to share our place.

The room contains a double bed, dresser, nightstand and rack for clothing and storage. You will also have your own private bathroom including heater, sink and full bath/shower, as we have our own ensuite in our bedroom. We only ask that it be used for guests as well, otherwise completely yours.

The building has security/concierge (24 hours), a pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi of which you can use to your hearts content (one time 25 pound registration fee applies). The flat has a large living room and kitchen, with full laundry.

We are also lucky enough to have Hyperoptic fibre broadband, the fastest in the UK.

We are looking for a quiet (socializing quite fine, of course!!) and most importantly, clean and courteous flatmate. As a gay couple, very LGBT friendly, of course, but anyone welcome!

Rent will be 700 all bills included, which is a steal with these amenities and location right at the roundabout in ZONE 1! There is the option for you to join the lease if you prefer, though we initially are making a sublet offer (as leaseholders). If this is of interest, standard referencing/credit check and associated fees for the agency will apply.

We are initially offering a 5 month lease that takes us up through the end of our current lease end date, with option to renew or go month to month thereafter. We have every intention of staying on but want to make the initial lease for any potential flatmate coterminal with ours
