En-suite master br in modern flat, with concierge!

I'm looking for a flat mate for my great 2 bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with day light and views of Canary Wharf and the Shard! The building has a rooftop terrace with stunning 360 degree views of London. There is a concierge on the ground floor who handled everything from parcels to dry cleaning.

There are excellent traffic connections: Northern and Bakerloo Lines are a ten minute walk away, major Bus lines such as 1, 188, 172, etc. are less than five minutes away

I'm born and raised in Germany, pretty easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I like to cook a nice dinner at home as much as eating out in one of London's many awesome restaurants.

You should be a professional equally tidy, respectful of each other's space and not too noisy.

Bills are not included and come down to around £200 per person including a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks for the whole flat.
