Hi!
I'm looking for a fellow young professional to move in to my current flat.
The place is really nice and modern, split over 2 levels. There is a large balcony on the top floor (we're the top floor of the building) and your room has its own, small, personal balcony too. There is a shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen/living room on the top floor.
I am a lawyer working in the City and walk to work every day (about 25 minutes) which is a huge benefit to living here. I highly recommend it to anyone who also works centrally and is looking for a place to live.
I don't really have any requirements for who you are. Just as long as you're tidy and keep the flat in good shape, and you are nice, then I'm sure we'll get along fine!
The area is really picking up and there are some great things nearby, such as the new Italian 'Mercato Metropolitano' and new pubs like The Albert.
If you're interested in moving in, get in touch and we'll organise a time to meet and show you the place properly.
I look forward to hearing from you!
