Hello! We are advertising all 4 rooms to let in a lovely flat in Elephant and Castle. £650 each, all bills included (utilities, cleaner, internet) **REDUCED FROM £745 - a real deal!!**

All 4 flatmates are leaving to move to a new house together - we met on Spare Rooms and have had a very happy 4 years here :)

Location: wonderfully central. 3 minute walk from Elephant & Castle station, also near to Borough, Waterloo and London Bridge stations with excellent tube, bus and train transport links.

Rooms: The rooms are a good size and each come with double beds and wardrobes. 2 rooms look onto Rockingham Estate and 2 look onto the trees on the other side.

Flat: We've got a lovely lounge which people can be social in - it's got a a big sofa, a dining table and a TV set up with Netflix, a great place to relax after work. There is also a small but functional and light kitchen, shared bathroom (with a bath/shower) and separate shared toilet. The kitchen is furnished with all staple appliances, so no need to buy/bring new stuff (though we don't have a dishwasher). The private landlord is helpful and responsive. There is also a cleaner who goes over the communal areas every fortnight.

Your flatmates: As the rooms get taken, we'll update this. You can either move in as a four, or as individuals/pairs/threes. Buddy-ups encouraged!

Move in: from 1st November. ASAP!
