Cosy Room In Friendly Gay Flatshare

We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our quiet, relaxed and friendly 7th floor home.

Your room is a cosy, West facing, with a small double bed and a huge window. It overlooks our small balcony which has started to blossom, to which you'll have access via the shared living room. You also have a decent view towards the SW.

Your room also comprises a large wardrobe with drawers, a small desk, a chair. It has been recently painted.

The kitchen is somewhat dated but well equipped for all your culinary needs and has a spectacular view towards the rising sun. There is also a large communal balcony, East facing too, that we deck out with table and chairs, nice for breakfast in the sun or for sunset views of the Shard and Tower Bridge in the distance. Sun sun sun...

Large, bright, clean bathroom with power shower in the bath. We all have different work hours so there's usually no queuing for the bathroom.

We have access to a fantastic, 24h transport network. Lots of buses practically on our doorstep, even more from the Elephant.
Elephant & Castle and Kennington tubes are only a short walk away. All this means you could be in the city or the West End in 15m.
Major cycle paths and clever back street routes into town centre. A secure bike locker near our front door can be rented for a small yearly fee.

There is a Morrissons and a M&S just downstairs. East Street market opposite Morrison's.
Also an amazing 24h Mediterranean shop, Oli's and not one but two Tesco metros nearby.

There's a growing choice of restaurants, a couple of wonderful fringe theatres (white Bear, Southwark Playhouse), pop up shops and bars, and the Mercato Italiano all within 10m walk.
There's a 24h TheGym very close, as well as the newly built CASTLE sport centre with pool.

There's a smart, welcoming, gay friendly pub just behind our block, a lovely little park nearby, and the much bigger Burgess park and Kennington parks within a few minutes walk.

Your flatmates are a maturing gay couple and a younger Northern rock climber.
All three are most pleasant, relaxed and easy going.
