We are looking for a tidy person to live in our 3 bed family house.
The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from Eltham train station, and 10 min to High Street where you will find Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, Marks&Spencers, Vue cinema and other shops and eateries. There is a bus stop within minutes from the house where direct bus routes take to Lewisham and University of Greenwich Avery Hill Campus.
The house has been recently renovated with fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and you will have your own fridge and cupboard for your kitchen essentials. There is a dining table in the kitchen.
The bedroom has a double bed with two bedside drawers and underbed storage. Additionally there are two wardrobes, desk and chair.
We have only one bathroom/toilet to share for the whole household.
