A large furnished master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house, sharing with one other person. There is space in the bedroom for a desk if required, I'm happy to talk to you about what you’d need. Move in date is flexible.
The house is on a quiet road a minute’s walk from the peaceful Oxleas Wood, part of the Green Chain walk. It’s an easy walk to Eltham station with direct trains to Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria. It’s also a short (around 10mins) bus ride to Woolwich Arsenal station, the DLR and the much anticipated Elizabeth Line.
I’d like to find someone who I'll get on with and enjoy living with. I want us both to feel relaxed and at home. There is a friendly community of neighbours here which you could tap into if you wanted to meet people.
I have a cat who is very friendly and she will come to you for lap cuddles...she'll probably also attack your feet sometimes when she’s excited so it's important that you like cats!
