Looking for female tenant only. I have a large room available in my 4 bedroom family home. The room has a king size bed, it is in the loft space and quite self contained. However it is a shared family bathroom. We have 2 sitting rooms, a dining room, a sit in kitchen and a large garden. Also living in the house are myself, a professional female and my two young children, (and 2 house rabbits).

I would prefer a short term let up to 3 months or would consider someone who comes into London for work and needs the room Mon to Fri only at a reduced rent of £600.

The house is located inbetween Eltham and New Eltham train stations (15min walk /5 min bus ride to either, there is a bus stop a few paces from the house). Trains into Victoria, Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Cannon Street run regularly and take approx 20mins. Canary Wharf is a short commute which avoids the expense of travelling through Zone 1. Eltham High Street has great amenities - M&S, Vue Cinema, restaurants and bars. There is also a large Sainsburys within a 5min walk.
