The toilet and shower is only shared between two rooms as the third room has ensuite.
There is also a private garden area
Limited garage space is available to house bicycles, scooters or small motorbike.
Smoking tolerated but not in house, but ok in the garden
Excellent range of shops opposite and only a short distance to Eltham High Street. Parking locally is usually not an issue if you have a car. There is a space at the property currently -( though there is no guarantee that the space is always free.)
Great transport links with choice of two SE London lines nearby and full range of buses
Ideal flatmate would be a female professional, friendly, and able to clean and tidy after themselves. It is a friendly household but not a place for parties or wild nights
