Although there is a communal entrance the accommodation is a self-contained double bedsit inside the family home with mini kitchen and shower room exclusively for the use of the tenant(s). The accommodation is only available till Friday 26th September and would be suitable for a short holiday let for anyone wishing to see the sights of London and/or Kent. We are an hour's drive from the coast as well. There is off road parking. The train from New Eltham is 19mins from London Bridge.
Single people of any orientation considered but only straight married couples considered.
