Rent: £500 per month(All Bills Included including regular cleaning of the shared areas).
Deposit: £250

You will share this 3 bed house with two females.

We are very chilled-out happy go luck with great interest in all walks of life.

Room: Big loft conversion with own private door and stair case, with double bed, a two seat sofa, a side table, rocking chair, & wardrobes. (Linens, Pillows, Towel can be arranged)

House: Full Kitchen facilities, 2 fridge/freezers dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, full laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer

Bathroom with three piece suite

Internet: unlimited download fast broadband, netflix, amazon etc (TV on demand)


Transportation:

Nearest Tube station: North Greenwich,
Nearest Train Station: Eltham for London bridge/chairing cross/cannon street line.
It takes 20 min to be in central London via Train and 10 min by Tube.

Entertainment/Nightlife/takeaw ays/restaurants

Local Tesco, Pizza Hut / Domino Pizza, Indian Take and Chinese take away are all 5 minutes walk away.
Nice and trending local restaurants and bars are 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride away from home.

There is great night life, a wide variety of restaurants and bars in O2 / Greenwich or Blackheath which is 10 minutes bus ride away from the house.

Nearest Universities: University of Greenwich, Goldsmith Uni.
