Great location. Flat is minutes from the train station and high street. Zone 4, 26 minutes to Charing Cross, 18 minutes to London Bridge, 9 minutes to Lewisham DLR, 20 minutes by bus to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital. 30 minutes to Canary Wharf. High Street has Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencers, Lidl. Also many nice pubs and restaurants. Last train from Charing Cross at 00.26, and minutes from night bus stop.
Three current tenants, clean responsible mature people. Looking for friendly responsible clean person. This is not a party flat. Landlord lives locally and is on top of repairs and maintenance.
Council tax, TV licence, water and Wi-Fi included. There is a cleaner for the communal areas, but tenants still need to clean up after themselves, and leave communal areas as they would wish to find them. Gas, electricity and telephone usage paid by tenants. This has averaged £29 each month per tenant over the last year.
