Situated on the top floor of this 2 bedroom garden flat is a large light and airy furnished double bedroom. I am a live out landlord and my daughter lives in the property. We are looking for a professional/student female or male to share the house with her. There is a eat in kitchen/dinner, shared reception room, utility room and private garden. The property and room is being let fully furnished.

We are a really friendly laid back house and we are looking for a friendly flatmate.

Bills are included and we have really fast wifi with the BT pods even in the garden.

Must like dogs as there is a dog staying the property . Would suit someone who likes cooking, films, socialising and maybe gardening. We have no preference on whether you are a smoker or not but smoking is only permitted in the garden - which we have direct access to - The maisonettes also has its own front door and there is on street permit parking available.

We are 10 minutes walk from Boston Manor tube station and 1 minutes walk to a bus stop that takes your to the tube or into Ealing Broadway or a 20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway.

The room is available from the 5th September.
