Available on an weekly basis until further notice - I’m planning to have some work done so whilst this is long term I need flexibility to ensure I can fit in with my builders I. e there will be approximately two weeks when I wouldn’t be able to have you.

I’m looking to rent my spare room Tuesday - Friday morning or Monday - Thursday morning. This let is not suitable for anyone wanting to work from homeX

I’m a professional female who is usually out in the evening in the gym, doing yoga or Pilates, or with friends. I work predominantly from home in my living room 9-5x I’m fairly quiet, no crazy nights weekdays and looking for similar, but also someone who can hold a conversation and chat when we are both in as well. A social home is a nice home. I’m clean and tidy but not ocd and again, looking for a similar sort! I have a slight addiction to my plants and no not the illegal kind, so a planty person would like this home.

Amazing location just by Essex road station (direct to city) or 15 min walk/5 min bus to Angel northern line with quick access to the City. Lots of local pubs and restaurants on the doorstep so you will have plenty to do, or have a fully equipped kitchen too. Single occupancy and no bikes (unless Brompton)/access to washing machine.
