2 amazing large double rooms in Angel

Hi! We have 2 large double rooms available, one at £625pcm + bills, and one at £700 + bills. Bills are about £160 and include electricity, internet, water and council tax.

A bit about the house...

Room 1 - available 9th July

A large room with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's still space to put a desk in if you'd like, with remaining floor space. It's on a separate floor to the other two bedrooms and backs onto the garden, so it's super quiet and private. I (Alice) have lived here for 3 years and I am sad to go!

Room 2 - Available now

The room is a large double, comfortably able to fit double bed and other furniture like two wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk etc etc. It's available furnished (bed, two wardrobes) or unfurnished.

There's plenty of space in the house too, with two fridges in the kitchen, cupboard space, space to keep a bike in the hallway, a living room and garden. We tend to have house bbqs in the summer and there's a pizza oven too.

The house is in a great location with all the bars and restaurants along Upper Street and Essex Road. It's about ten mins to Angel and Highbury and Islington tubes, and there are lots of bus connections too. Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose all within easy walking distance.

A bit about the flatmates...

You'll be sharing with Seb (31) who has here for just over three years now. I like just chilling out around London, cycling, that kind of thing. I've also done some stuff in the garden over the past few years whilst we were in lockdown so it'll be nice to use in the summer!
