The room is quite big (4.5 x 3.1 m - 14m2) has lots of storage, and gets a lot of sunlight year round. It has a radiator and it doesn’t get too cold in winter even when the heater is left off. The WiFi router is right next to the room and it’s super fast.

Shared spaces include 1 bathroom, kitchen (including a washer/drier, your own fridge/freezer, and plenty of cabinet space). You’ll be sharing with a French male professional in his thirties and an English female uni student.

Drawbacks include no common living room space and old interiors in kitchen and bathroom. You’re priortising location, and a big well-lit bedroom with plenty of space for a WFH set-up, and excessive storage space.
