LOCATION: 5 MIN walk from EUSTON station, less than 10 MIN walk from KINGS CROSS/ST PANCRAS. Extremely central, perfect for UCL students.
GP 2 minute walk from flat. Corner shop directly opposite the flat. Small gallery that has openings every couple of weeks where the community gathers for local artists, local coffee shop with a very sweet owner, food bank around the corner if you’d like to volunteer. Possible to make really nice community connections here, rare for London!

COST: £890 PLUS utilities (about £20-£30 in summer, higher in winter of course depending on usage of heating). Water bill is paid until August.

DEPOSIT: 1 months rent

ROOM: The room is fully furnished as is the rest of the flat. The room comes with a double bed, a desk, chair, a huge double wardrobe and a big shelf. Also has two attached shelves on the wall. Smaller shelf and mirror are mine but willing to sell them for very cheap if you’d like to keep them.

FLAT: 3 flatmates all of whom are extremely lovely and doing their PHDs. Two may be leaving in the summer are their courses finish. Very warm atmosphere but everyone respects each other and boundaries. There is a cleaning rota.
One shared bathroom (never had an issue with having to time when we will use it though, it’s always free when I need it) and a separate toilet. Kitchen with one big fridge and freezer, a small fridge and freezer. Toaster, microwave, kettle, etc all here. Hob and oven. Flat has a washing machine.
