Central London Apartment, 7.1-9.18, Near Ucl

Because I found a job and need to return to my home country earlier than planned, I don't want to waste this great apartment (personal furniture and kitchenware included!). I'm looking for someone to take over the lease. Short-term rentals (daily or weekly) and long-term rentals (with a discount for long-term, prioritized) are available. The apartment has three other roommates from UCL, all students and very easy to get along with. Since the roommates are all boys, it would be preferable if the new tenant is also male!

Located on the 4th floor, the apartment includes a kitchen and living room. One of the bedrooms in a 4b2b layout, sized 12 square meters with excellent natural light. Pictures are available upon request. Fully furnished with everything you need! Equipped with a washer and dryer (a huge perk since doing laundry in student accommodations costs £5 per load). The kitchen is ready for cooking with a gas stove. Move in with just your suitcase!

Price:
£300 per week, all-inclusive! (includes water, electricity, internet, and gas)

Commute (conveniently connected to various locations):

A 15-minute walk to UCL main campus, 20 minutes by bus to KCL and LSE main campuses, and 30 minutes by bus to IC.
The Northern Line's Mornington Crescent station is right downstairs, a 10-minute walk to Euston station, and a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station.
A 15-minute tube ride to Chinatown and Covent Garden.
Surroundings (surrounded by supermarkets):

Two grocery stores right below the apartment.
A 5-minute walk to Sainsbury's (a major UK supermarket chain) and a 15-minute walk to Lidl and Aldi (large affordable supermarkets in the UK).
