2 rooms available in friendly Camden flat

Hi! We’re looking for two new flatmates to join our friendly Camden flat (Zone 1).

We’re after flatmates who are friendly, considerate, (importantly) clean, and who like the idea of living somewhere with a bit of a community feel. The flat’s always been social and easy-going. We enjoy the occasional shared dinner, coffee morning, or film night, but we have our own routines too.

The Flat:
- Shared kitchen with all the essentials and dishwasher
- Big open patio (future home of a small herb garden!) plus a small balcony upstairs
- Super central: close to Warren Street, Euston Square, and Euston Station
- Supermarkets, cafes, parks, and gyms right on your doorstep
- Five minutes from Regent’s Park
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- Two bathrooms, so you’ll only share with one other person

Room 1: Available from 25th October
A good-sized double with a desk, bedside table, and two wardrobes so plenty of storage.

Room 2: Available from 1st November
Another good-sized double with a desk and lots of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, under-bed space).
Both rooms get loads of natural light through big windows.

About Us:

We’re Rianna (a plant killer) and Adri (not yet a plant killer), and we’re hoping to find people who are happy to make the flat a home, whether that’s joining for the occasional dinner or chat over coffee, helping keep the place nice, or maybe even helping our new herb garden survive.

Rianna (27) is from the UK and works full-time. She enjoys languages, travel, board games, coffee, walks around Regent’s Park, and exploring London.

Adri (25) is a dancer and postgrad student from Spain. She loves coffee, cooking, good food, anything artistic, and staying active.
