We are looking to fill a room in our beautiful home. The room is very spacious and sunny (facing south) with a view onto Drummond street. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you would like more photos or videos!

The room is located on the first floor, fully furnished with a wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a desk with drawers and chair, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, a big comfy armchair and a mini sofa. The large size of the room and its assortment of furniture makes it an ideal space for home working, while still retaining a living space with the sofa and armchair!

The bathroom is shared between 3 flatmates, the shower was refurbished recently.

The rent for each room pcm is £814.36 (broadband incl.) + council tax (£49.5 per month per room). The electricity is paid every three months (usually around £60 per room) and the water bill is paid twice a year (£60 per room).

The house is located 3 minutes away from Euston and Euston square stations, and about 5min walk from Warren street station. King’s Cross St Pancras stations are about 15 minutes away from the house, and Regent’s park is a 10 minutes walk away.
The house is ideally located within walking distance of most zone 1 areas, including Oxford circus , Piccadilly circus, Trafalgar square, and minutes away from Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia and Soho.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a small communal area, a kitchen and dining area, a large rooftop terrace and a balcony. It has a very cosy and homey feel, and we love to spend time decorating it and enjoying shared dinners and movie nights. The terrace, which is gorgeous when in bloom, is one of the highlights of this house in the warmer months! You would be sharing with two girls and one guy, we're looking for someone who would enjoy the friendly relaxed and homey feel of our houseshare :)

We have a good relationship with the landlord and agency, and have been living in the house for several years.
